How do I schedule a party?
It's easy! Just give us a call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time !
Is there a deposit required? A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party. (Sorry-No Exceptions)
What forms of payment do we except? We except Cash, Debit, Credit and checks. If check is returned there is a $25 Bank Fee and a $20 Inconvenience.
How many guests can I invite? You may invite up to 14 children for the Classic Party, up to 25 children for the Family Fun Party, and up to 45 for the Private Party. There is a $6.50 charge for each additional child over the original party package limit. The birthday child and guests over 17 years of age and older play free and not included in the guest count.
Is there an additional charge for siblings, parents and/ or caregivers?
There is no additional charge for parents or caregivers ever. If the total guest count exceeds the party
package limit, there is a $6.50 per guest charge for those aged one through seventeen.
What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time to allow for check-in, sign the waiver and to review the rules.
* Please try not to arrive earlier than 10 minutes prior to the party time, as there will likely be other people in the check in area.
Please know that we will do everything we can to help accomodate you, but it you arrive late we can not extend your party as there is another party that would be inconvenienced by doing so.
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun. Once in the party room you will have your own staff member to assist you in the party room.We do ask that the birthday parents help surpervise their group in the bounce area.
Is each guest , including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver? For insurance purposes, ALL guests MUST have a waiver completed and signed by a parent /guardian.
For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver.
Are socks required? For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required at all times.
If you forget they will be available to purchase at Bounce, Fun and More.
Will Bounce, Fun and More provide supervision in the play areas? Our fun and friendly staff will provide supervision in the inflatable and play areas so you can relax and enjoy the party !
Can a guest play while wearing a cast?
In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device will not be permitted to particiapate on the inflatables. While we welcome them to attend the party
they can enjoy the other activities and the party but they will be prohibited from playing on inflatables.
Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable area?
We're sorry, but we cannot extend your play time in the inflatatable area, so once in the party room we ask they do not go back to the play area.
Can we start the party in the party room ?
Because we've found that full tummies and bouncing don't mix, our parties begin in the inflatable area.
Can I use my own decoration and/or paper products in the party room.
We provide gender appropriate plates and napkins. If you have your own decorations or have a theme that you would like to use you are more then welcome to drop it off a couple of days before your party and our staff would be more then happy to set up your room for you and your guests.
Do we provide party set up and clean up?
ABSOLUTELY! We will set up and clean up afterwards so you can enjoy yourself!
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.
When should I order pizza and drinks? You can call you to confirm your party. We will take your order for pizza and drinks when you get here for your party.
Can I bring food to my party?
You may bring cake, cupcakes, drinks and goodie bags to your party. If you are having a completety private party please call to discuss outside food. We're sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.If you have a food allergy issue we will be happy to work with you so nobody is left out.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my party?
To avoid additional charges, we require at leasr 8 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party (your party must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original party date).If your cancel or reschedule your party within 7 days of your party, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule within 2 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the party price.
Remember that your deposit is non-refundable(sorry no exceptions).
Snow cancellations will only be acceptable if Onondaga County has declared a state of emergency and there is no travel allowed.(This does not include just a "no unneccesary travel").
